I’ve been with State Farm since 1985 and have held numerous roles throughout my career, giving me a deep understanding of how to best serve our customers and develop strong relationships within the community. I’m married with grown children, and after years of balancing family and business, I’ve built an office culture that values both hard work and flexibility.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Barbara Schexnayder - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
  • Assist with customer retention strategies.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in customer service preferred.
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
